Kathy at Magic Carpet did an excellent job of keeping me informed and following up on the progress of my vehicle. The delivery man (Dwayne) was very knowledgeable about his long route (OR to NY) and familiar with New York, which was greatly appreciated. Kathy seemed genuinely excited about my new car, and in fact requested photographs after I received it. The only issue was the worst week of weather in the country thus far in 2009. Magic carpet did the smart thing and sped up, slowed down, or parked when conditions were too hazardous to travel. Although it was difficult to wait, in the end I was glad they kept my vehicle covered and safe. Thanks!
