This is absolutely an untrue situation. This client is telling the truth starting with the first sentence. We NEVER guarantee a specific pick up date unless a client has paid for guaranteed service which this client did not. If the client would have taken the time to read our terms and conditions he would have found at least 10 times where it says we do not guarantee pick up and delivery. It also says that we NORMALLY take up to ten days to find a carrier for the service.
We are sorry that we weren't able to meet his specific needs and his experience with us wasn't a pleasant one. Overwhelmingly our clients do not share the same experiences by choosing our company. We are always striving to have 100% satisfaction from our clients.
