They were on time with the pick up. Driver was courteous and answered all questions reguarding delivery and/or holdups. I recieved the car on time, and it was in tact with no damage. I was contacted after the vehicle was delivered to make sure everything went well. I chose Magic carpet becuase of the good reviews and recieved excellent service.
