Malia contacted me right after i purchased the carand said it would be shipped in the next 3 days
but since it had to be drven from Seattle to Tacoma and washington was under blizzard conditions
at that time i requested she hold it until the weather cleared. she readily agreed to do this and
notified me when it was shipped. Malia did everthing exactly as i had ask for and i got the car in
perfect condition. the cost was also lower than another carrier
