We bought my dream car, a bright red Mercedes Benz SLK350 about a week ago from a dealership almost 2000 miles from my home. I HAVE the car tonight. Can't believe it all happened so fast. Spoke to Crystal at Magic Carpet, who gave us a great price, $849. I gave her my pick up date and two days later she had a driver and the car was picked up. Five days later the car the car was at my door despite a huge snowstorm, and several stops the driver needed to make. Crystal had my confidence the first time I spoke with her. I knew everything was going to go well from the calm and knowledgeable way she spoke. When she called to let me know my car was loaded up and on it's way, we ended up having a friendly long chat. Very nice, easy going, reassuring and always easy to get a hold of. Infact everyone at Magic Carpet was very pleasant.
Our driver, Mike, could not have been nicer. He called us, and did not mind us calling him too. He could not stop telling us how beautiful our car was! How could we not feel good about someone who loved our car as much as we did? It was fun getting to know Mike chatting with him on his long drive to our home. NEVER thought, particularly with a snowstorm, that he would have made it within the estimated time frame, but he did. And the car was perfect. He went out of his way to be sure we were pleased.
This is the fourth time in five years we have purchased a vehicle that needed transport cross country. We have NEVER had as terrific an experience as with Magic Carpet. Price, communication, confidence, NICE people. My car is my baby. I would only entrust it to Magic Carpet. They are the BEST!
