A Good Experience - Would use them again

I had to ship my mother-in-law's vehicle from WA to TX, and this was the first time I did anything like this. I decided on Magic Carpet based on their ratings & reviews, and we decided to use them based on that criteria. However, there so a TON of other companys that contacted us for our business, and it was overwhelming at first. The gal that helped us, Crystal, was very personable and SOOOO nice, and she was also very knowledgable. She gave us excellent customer service, both to me, as well as to my elderly mother-in-law. My mother-in-law asked it she could have her vehicle picked up a few days later than it was originally scheduled, and that was a major plus since she needed her vehicle to do some important errands before flying down here to Texas to be with her family. The driver was GREAT and had no problems accommodating her needs, and we were really appreciative of that, and it also made us feel that we made the right choice in companys! Her vehicle arrived on time and nothing was stolen or damaged. So we were really happy with the service we received from Magic Carpet as well as from the cute driver. There was just one little thing that happened with the whole transaction, and that was that we had to pay more than what was quoted to us by $100. I was told that about 10% of the time something like that happens, so I negotiated and was able to get the amount down to $100 extra instead of $150. But overall, we were happy with everything else, and we would use Magic Carpet again.
