Overall experience was fine, I'd use them again if needed. They are a broker not a transport company, so they will put you in touch with a prescreened reputable carrier to move your vehicle. Most of my interaction was directly with the carrier, who communicated very well with me to let me know a status. Now was he late because his truck broke down (as he stated), or because of something else, no clue ... but he did make sure to keep me well informed. I wanted to be on the top of the carrier, so does everyone else. I was the first car delivered off of his load, so I got the bottom back spot; and a lot of oil and dirt covering my car when received ... nothing that a $7 automatic car wash couldn't easily remedy. I had lots of stuff packed in the car; nothing terribly valuable, a really old tv, clothes, blankets, a phone, and some dishes; everything was fine when the car arrived, it hadn't even been obviously moved around. Stephanie at Magic Carpet was easy to deal with, available when needed, and friendly.
