Kathy of Magic Carpet was great. Considering the auto transport industry is realitively un-regulated, confusing and in most cases unreliable, Kathy of Magic Carpet was a lady of her word. I shipped two cars from Sedona, AZ to Maui and would definitely use Kathy again. I speak from experience having relocated several times and having one very bad experience shipping a car. Kathy's quote was not the lowest, however she did put the quote in writing and accepted payment in the form of a credit card. Be very careful of lowball quotes and auto brokers that will not accept credit card payment!!! Note: In the wheel well of my car I placed expensive car wax and the wax never made it to Maui; not sure if it was a hazardous concern on Matson (the ocean carrier) or if it was simply stolen.
