We chose to have our vehicle shipped with Magic Carpet because our first contact was with Malia, who impressed us with her immediate dedication to our situation. With money tight, however, we decided to get other estimates to compare. While this company was not the least expensive (they were mid-priced), we felt that they were the most concerned with our vehicle, and treated our car as if it were their own. The company picked up our vehicle right on time and delivered our vehicle on the date of estimated arrival. The delivery was smooth and they kept in contact with us along the way, providing us with their cell phone numbers in case there was a problem, question, or concern. I would, and will, use this company again. They are professional and trustworthy.
