I was very nervous about shipping my son's car to him in Texas from California. Crystal was my contact person at Magic Carpet Auto. She was very friendly and patient. She kept in touch with me throughout the process via phone and Email. All my questions were answered, and all my concerns were addressed. The price that was quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden charges. I had a good experience with the assigned carrier as well. Christina kept in touch me and notified me when the car was delivered. My son recevied his vehicle on time and without any damages to the vehicle.
If I have to transport another vehicle, I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport. If anyone is feeling nervous about having a vehicle shipped, then Magic Carpet Auto is the one to call.
