I recently used Magic carpet Auto Transport to ship a car from South FL to Central SC. I chose Magic carpet because some of the reviews that I had read on transportreviews.com. My contact at Magic Carpet was Nicole. Nicole was very professional, competant and polite. She explained the whole process to me and in her presentation answered some questions that I hadn't even thought to have asked. She followed up with my cousin in FL who was shipping the car up to me. My cousin also was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Nicole kept in constant contact through e-mail and cell phone every step of the way. There were some changes that needed to be made in the delivery as the actual transporter had some issues with pickups that he had to make. I kept in mind that plans may need to be adjusted and the Transport Company that delivered the car also kept in contact with me. I knew things might not work out exactly as planned and I appreciated that everyone kept me in the loop about what was happening. We did have to change plans about delivery times a few times and both the Auto Transport company and I worked around the issues.
I would definately recommend Magic carpet and Nicole and if I ever need to move a car again I will give them a call.
