Magic Carpet arranged to pick up the vehicle within one day of oreder tho' I was promised pickup within 5 business days. Pick up was prompt. The vehicle was delivered late by two days which I thought was not bad. The support staff were polite and responded promptly when I einquired about the status of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered without damage. The driver was also polite and friendly. Overall, my experience was very good and I will not hecitate to recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to others.
