Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Highly recommended.

I recently transported my FJ Cruiser from Los Angeles to Naples Fl. I don't write reviews but I would like to maybe give some insight to others who are about to transport their cars. Having never done this before I did research and read a lot and called a few companies. And didn't like what I heard. A lot of companies gave me cheap quotes of about $700 but couldn't guarantee my pick up. Some wanted a deposit. Then found out after you pay some of these companies let your car could sit for weeks. (Do your own research)
My friend had used Magic Carpet and suggested I use them, so I called and Nicole Hancock became my personal auto transport person. I when I say personal I mean it. She got my car picked up the next day. She called before the initial pick up after the initial pick up during the transport, she also called and emailed prior to the drop off and was fine when I changed the drop off location at last minute. The car was dropped off 5 days early which was awesome because I was renting a car in Naples. She also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with service which I am completely. In this day we all know customer service is non-existent, however Nicole is the exception and I would highly recommend calling her for your transport needs. I can't vouch for anyone else in Magic Carpet as I only dealt with her. Like I said personal service. Oh also the driver of the truck was a nice guy as well. I would definitely call her again. In the end it's your car so call around and see what you get, then call Nicole and you'll see what I'm talking about.
