I have never shipped a car before. The unknown experience did cause me some anxiety, but it was unnecessary worry. My husband and I had the good fortune of working with Nicole at Magic Carpet. She was factual , kind and reassuring throughout this process.

The actual transporter was very nice and maintained on-going contact with us as he made his was from Florida to Indiana. The cost was very reasonable-the cost actually made the difference in making the decision to ship or fly to Florida and drive back to Indiana. The car arrived safely and securely thanks to the Transporter..

Communication, whether by phone or email was excellent with Magic Carpet and the Transporter.

Nicole is an asset to Magic Carpet. In the event that we require vehicle shipment again there will be no hesitation - as we will dial up Nicole at Magic Carpet for her expertise and friendly demeanor in coordinating a shipment...and ask for the same Transporter!
