Customer Service on Magic Carpet's end was very good. I got a bunch of bids from different companies and they were usually rude and made promises that they clearly could not keep. Magic Carpet was much more laid back and polite, and was willing to work with me. They also gave me honest time frames and were attentive to my needs. Thus, I would use again, if I ever have to ship a car again.

Car got there in 5 days from upstate NY to Southern California. Not Magic Carpet's fault, but the driver took my Tule roof racks off (put them in the car) stating that it was too tall otherwise (I drive a Honda Civic and there were trucks on the same carrier that were much higher than my car). This is annoying because it is incredibly difficult to put the racks back on (in fact, it is so difficult I am not even going to do it and to have someone else do it costs a couple hundred bucks). But again, all transport services use the same carriers as far as I can tell, and that was not really Magic Carpet's fault.
