I found Magic Carpet through this website. I read many reviews and decided on Magic Transport based on positive customer satisfaction reviews and "small print" (i.e. reasonable terms of service, no hidden info) of their policies and procedures. I had originally planned to go with another company but, upon reading their terms, I got a bad feeling about dealing with them in case of any problem.
I dealt with Nicole and from the start she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She kept in contact with me throughout the process. Mike, who transported my vehicle, did the same. My vehicle (a minivan) actually arrived 2 days ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise as that meant two fewer days that I would be without a way to get around!
Overall, I am VERY happy with my experience and would not think twice about using Magic Carpet or recommending that a friend do so!
