I visited this site to read reviews of companies prior to shipping my car from Illinois to California.
Magic Carpet Auto Transport had very good reviews so I contacted them for a quote.
Their price was very reasonable, close to the lower end of the dozens of quotes I had received from many other companies. The range was from 650.00 to 1200.00. Crystal's helpfulness, efficiency and professionalism, combined with the reasonable quote of 772.00 helped to make the decision easy.
The driver, Ed, picked up the car Tuesday evening, and delivered it Sunday afternoon, to accommodate our schedule. We were unable to take delivery on Monday due to work schedule constraints, so he ensured we would have it Sunday afternoon.
He was efficient, friendly, well spoken, and I felt confident that the car was in good hands.
After reading some of the customer reviews for other companies, and having had a recent unsatisfactory experience shipping 2 vehicles from Canada, I was quite nervous about choosing a random company to move this car.
Overall, the experience was hassle-free,professional, and successful, and I would definitely recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to anyone who is looking for a carrier to relocate their vehicle.
