This was the first time I ever shipped a car so I was very nervous. I chose to ship my 2008 Corvette by enclosed carrier to ensure that it arrived in the spotless condition it was in when it left Florida. It arrived in Ohio in spotless condition! My primary concern during my shipment was the condition and care of the vehicle. Schedule and quick shipment were second on my list. I arranged the shipment on Monday 7/27 and the vehicle was assigned to a truck before the end of that day. The estimated pick-up date was Thursday 7/30. The car was actually picked up by Greg from Jordan Trans Service on Friday morning 7/31. The estimated delivery date was Tuesday 8/4. Greg arrived with my car on Wednesday 8/5 at 9:45pm. He delivered the car right to my driveway and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The only problem I had was the time of day the car was delivered. It was difficult to inspect the car by flashlight at 10:00 at night. Crystal was very up front with me about the pickup and delivery being estimated dates. She was sure to inform me how the balance was to be paid at delivery (Line # 3 in the terms and conditions). The next time I ship a vehicle, Magic Carpet will be the first company I call.
