The only issue we had with this service was the lack of follow through with the pick up date. We were scheduled to have our car picked up on a Wednesday, our house packed and ready to go, only to have the driver not come until Friday. This required that we get a hotel room and wait for the truck driver to show up. Initially, the pick up date was firm but as the hours rolled on the time of pick up kept getting pushed back. At first, it was only by a few hours and then, it ended up being by a few days. This was so inconvenient that it caused us enough anxiety to even consider just driving the car to our destination ourselves.
The customer service contact person was wonderful. She was considerate, professional and very sorry that it was taking so long for the service to be expedited. This company is a shipping broker, which means that they post a shipping rate and it's up to a trucking company or individual, to accept the rate and pick up your vehicle. So at the end of the day, the company was great, our trucking company though, was not.
