I had a great experience with Kathy Ashlock, she did provide great customer service. I only had one problem with sending the car from Puerto Rico to Nebraska. I was quoted a price from the port in Florida via open carrier to Nebraska but once the vehicle arrived the quote changed and I want to say was about $70 more. I don't think it was Kathy's fault but I did have to pay the difference. Pick up time was great, short notice of only 4 days and vehicle was shipped from PR. The car was quite dirty upon arrival to Nebraska (I had it pressure washed before leaving port) and might consider a closed carrier the next time.
PS: anyone sending from Puerto Rico, make sure you are aware of ALL the steps before docking the vehicle otherwise you will held up.
