A True "Magic Carpet" Ride - Start to Finish

This was my second experience using an auto transport broker but I couldn't be happier. I relocated from North Carolina to central coast California due to work and decided to ship my car again using a broker. Kathy Ashlock with Magic Carpet gave me the Presidential treatment and made me feel as if I were the King of the World! First of all, the quote received from Magic Carpet was the best of all four quotes I was given by others. Other brokers wanted to charge me the same amount - just to get to LA or San Jose, with an additional $150 - 250 to get to the central coast. Kathy was in complete control as she negotiated the best price for me and her communication and customer support were unequaled. I was contracted with Johnson Trucking of Darlington, South Carolina and my driver was James. James was a true professional in every sense of the word as well. He was careful with my car and was polite, courteous and friendly. We communicated three times during the eight days of travel and I was very pleased with his performance. He delivered my baby yesterday (August 13th) and it was clear to me that my car was in EXCELLENT hands with him. I couldn't have been more pleased.

As a retired military man, I know what it means to dedicate one's life to serve with honor and pride - Kathy Ashlock of Magic Carpet Auto Transport AND James of Johnson Trucking Company most certainly serve with honor, pride and dedication. My hat is off to the two of you and your respective companies. I wouldn't hesitate to use either of you again - in a heat beat!
