While living overseas, we arranged to have our stored vehicle shipped to our new home. After inquiring into a different carrier, I chose Magic Carpet because they were very responsive with e-mails and phone calls. If I had a question or concern, I knew they would get back to me quickly. Crystal was very polite and knowledgable. If I had any suggestions, make sure you give yourself extra time when shipping your vehicle, and make sure you follow up as your pick-up date gets closer. My vehicle was picked up about 5 days laters than scheduled, but arrived in great shape and in plenty of time for us.
