Very quick transport

I decided to use Magic Carpet Ride transport because of their very high reviews here. After getting several quotes and reading reviews here, not only was MCR the highest-reviewed, but they also had the best price. I booked my order online on a Saturday night, and was surprised that I didn't get some kind of auto-response, but I didn't. Nor did I get a phone call on Monday. On Tuesday, I called Crystal, who was my contact. She was apologetic, and said they were short-handed. She said it would take between one and 7 days to arrange for an enclosed truck.

Crystal notified me on Wednesday that the car would be picked up on Saturday. Then the driver gave the seller a 30 minute notice that she was picking up the car Friday instead of Saturday. I was expecting the car on Sunday, and then the delivery date was changed to Saturday.

Aside from not very good communication, I was very pleased with the service. In the past, I've waited as long as 3 weeks to get a car, but that was not the case here. From booking to delivery, I had the car in 7 days. It was delivered in excellent condition as well. I would definitely call them again if I needed a car transported.
