I originally was going to go with another company that I will not mention, but my calls were not returned on time and so I went with Magic Carpet. My calls were answered promptly and Crystal, my agent, was very helpful and polite. Pick up and delivery were smooth and they even had my car there 4 days early, which meant they held my car in a facility until it was to be delivered. Of course the outside of my car was dirty because it was in an open carrier so that was to be expected, but the inside of my car was dirty too and that is my only complaint. Everything else was totally smooth and efficient and I would absolutely recommend and use again!
