At the beginning, they gave me a price of $895 and said that the price is based on a $50 rebate if I fill out this review. Saying that I don't want to hassle with the rebate, Kathy said to submit the review ahead of time and they will reduce the price by $50. Expecting to get good service, I gave a very favorable review while she was on the phone with me.

While on the phone, I had asked her to base her price for pickup no later than Tuesday. She said the pickup by Tuesday, price has to go up to $920 total; so I agreed to raise the price for quick pickup. However, the email/contract she sent me indicated no later than Wed. Not wanting to be picky, I did not complain. Then came Thursday and still no pickup. I called them and then they picked up on Thursday.

The car was delivered on Friday -8 days after pickup. Upon delivery of the car, the driver asked for $795 in cash. That was $95 more than what I was suppose to pay (later I found out it was $101 more because they had charged my credit card $6 more than our agreement!) I called Kathy and she said that is what I should pay. She was rude and wasn't willing to listen. I couldn't reason with her. It seems that she has never had a math class either. Well, they have your car and you need it so what do you do!? Actually, I should tell Kathy that upon delivery to ask for several thousand more while she has you by you know what.

After receiving the car, we noticed the front windshield had cracked and they had bent the top of the antenna.
