The customer service is pretty good in my experience. It took a little longer time to arrange my delivery because it is not a popular route. But the driver arrived on time and delivered my in earlier than expected. I am happy with that.
The actually amount I paid is $20 more than the quote, which is not ideal to me. In terms of service, I think the company deserves 4.5-5 star.
