As far as Magic Carpet Auto Transport is concerned, they held up their end of what was promised. My vehicle was picked up on time, I was notified of the status of my shipment via e-mail promptly, and my vehicle arrived at the destination earlier than estimated. I wouldn't have a problem using them again should the need arise. It's definitely more than I can say for the movers I contracted. Also worthy of mention, the price I was ultimately paid didn't change from the original quote. The only criticism I have is that after I received a quote from Magic Carpet (online), I had to deal with a bunch of other companies e-mailing me and calling me with quotes as well. Also, I feel having to take a survey for a $50 rebate is quite silly, but it is understandable, especially since my experience with Magic Carpet was relatively pleasant.
