We booked the trip about 4-5 days before the holiday weekend and we advised that the timing might be a little deferred. However they got back to us with a pickup on the first day the that the car was available. We received prompt communicaiton of all aspects of the agreement. The actual service was professional, timely and on budget. Great experience. Only thing which could have been improved was notice of pickup time.
