This was the first time i had ever used a mainland transport company, and to to be honest i thought that it would be much more complicated process then it actually was, being that i live in Hawaii. Magic Carpet Auto seamlessly negotiated the shipping between California and Hawaii (with the help of Matson) which was something that i thought was going to be a huge issue. Fortunately though, I didn't even need to call Matson; rather, Magic Carpet did all the arrangements for me which was really nice. But when it came down to it, Magic Carpet provided all of these services for about $1000 less than the other competitors., being that i got five other shipping quotes. Price aside, their service was great, Katy was really helpful and patient with me, I would suggest any customer to ask for her. For those reasons i suggest any and all to use this company whether they are shipping from the mainland or Hawaii. They can except to receive great service, fair pricing, on time delivery and undamaged goods upon delivery.
