My car was picked up on the said day and around the said time. The trucker, Vladimir, called me and notified me hours in advanced the time that he would arrive. When he did arrive he called to tell me that he was at the end of my street. I wasn’t home at the time he called; I was actually around the corner. He was he was very polite and even allowed me to place a few boxes in my trunk to deliver across country. He asked me if I would be present during the drop off and that he would see me there in 5 days. Stephanie, who was handling my order, called and checked to see how the pickup went. She was polite and helpful throughout the entire process. Vladimir arrived a day later than when he said but he called and notified me hours in advance when he would arrive. He pulled the car right in front of the house and drove into the driveway for me. He allowed me ample time to look over the car to make sure it wasn't damaged and then thanked me for my business. Overall the service was excellent. I'd recommend Magic Transport to anyone looking to transport their vehicle across country!
