This is the first time that I ever had to use an auto shipping service, so I was a little bit nervous about the process and how quickly the delivery could be. Kathy was very good at explaining how the process would work and how long it might take. She contacted me when she ran into the problem of the driver not being able to obtain the vehicle from the seller and explained the situation to me. When I contacted her several days later to try again to pick up the vehicle, she became my advocate, demanding assurances from the seller that he would produce the vehicle. Kathy called me to inform me that the vehicle had been successfully obtained, was being shipped and to expect a phone call from the driver to arrange the details of the delivery. I really appreciated the way Kathy kept me informed of progress and problems. My dealings with Magic Carpet Auto Transport were very professional.
