I do apologize for the damages done to your vehicle. We have tried reaching the carrier, just as you have. We have provided you with their insurance information. I also gave you some advise to resolve the issue. I suggested that you take carrier to small claims court or have your insurance go after them, after all thats why we pay insurance companies. I could not refund the cost of the shipping because you did not pay us for the transport. Again I do apologize for the damages and inconvenience the driver has caused. -Crystal Warner-
