Kind of last minute order for the auto move, but my request was well accommodated. I had to meet driver at nearby Walmart due to his big truck size. Car took 11 days to deliver which was not to my liking but to be fair the driver had given me an estimate of about 7-10 days. Overall the service was good and car was delivered at home without any damage or issues. It was dirty which was expected in a long and open carrier move. Overall the experience was good but had to followup twice on the whereabouts of the truck. The service could have been excellent if I was proactively informed about the progress of the move. But overall the experience was satisfying and pleasant. I would do business again with Magic Carpet.
