I had a major problem because of another carrier not being able to find a carrier to transport my two cars from Arizona to Massachusetts. I was in a REAL bind and Kathy was the BEST! She kept me informed and called me several times asking how eveything was going, if the driver had called and picked up my cars. Then on the expected delivery date, she again called me asking if the cars had been delivered. The drivers were very good at keeping me informed on where they were and when they expected to deliver my cars. I was very pleased with the service from "Magic Carpet" and would not hesitate to use them again.
