Kathy had excellent customer service on the phone. My husband, mother in law and baby were all talking to me while I was trying to talk to Kathy and she was very patient and understanding. Magic carpet offered information on everything I needed to know, I didn't have to fish for answers. It's good to know that my car won't spend any time in Mexico for a month while not in my possestion!
