Great Company with One Caveat

I was motivated to use Magic Carpet from all the review I read, and my overall experience with them is positive. I would definitely use them again. Nicole was outstanding.

The only caveat I'd have is this: I scheduled my pick up almost a month in advance and thought that the date given was a firm one. But when I called in inquire two days before if we were on schedule, I was told by the person answering the phone (not Nicole) that they were still working on a pickup and that the date I'd been given was defined as "first available date," not a date certain. The actual pickup came three days later.

If I have to ship my car again, I'd definitely give a pickup date at least three days before it was urgent. We moved across country and were almost in the situation of having to leave the car behind with friends because we were scheduled to fly out, causing a little nail biting I'd rather have avoided. Otherwise, things went smoothly. Great driver who kept in touch and almost delivered my car to our door.
