Navid, thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that you didnt experience a complete five star service from me. However, where you have noted that the car was filthy, we (our company) let you know that the vehicle will be dirty when it arrives on an open carrier. However, if you were to choose an enclosed carrier the car wouldnt have been filthy like it was when it arrived to you. Thank you ~*Stephanie*~
