I contacted numerous auto transport carriers about shipping my 1957 Ford T-Bird from Oregon to North Carolina. Not ever having to use this type of service I wasn'y not sure what to expect. After three weeks of researching various transporters, the services they provideand prices, I was ready to make my decision.
From begining to end, I was impressed with Magic Carpet Auto Transports representative "Kathy."
She was polite, knowledgable, and able to convince me that the services provided by her company were top- of- the line professional and the best, which I eventually found to be true.
Once I agreed to use Magic Carpet, Kathy worked quickly to secure a transport (one day from the time of decision). She called once the transport was secured, called again to determine whether the transport driver had contacted me, called again on the day of pick-up to make sure everything was on schedule, and called again to make sure the vehicle was picked up and on its way.
Needless to say this kind of attention to detail was reassuring for a rookie shipper who was very concerned about his classic car. By the way the car was delivered earlier than expected and in excellent shape.
