The customer support was really great. They're friendly gives out helpful suggestions to 1st time customers (like us) to make it convinient for us. The representative that assisted us (Nicole) was really great, she took yhe time on explaining to us how things work and how our vehicle will be handled which pretty much gave us a good picture on what to expect. When the vehicle was about to be picked up in our location the truck got there late but it was ok cause of the contruction on the road. The Driver was good and treated our vehecle like his own. It was a good and smooth transaction. We would definitely recommend Magic carpet to our friends. Thanks for the prompt and great service.
