I just put a order in with MCAT... My car will be picked up in a few days so ill have to post again on how that whole process went.. But placing the order couldnt have been easier.. I have never shipped a car before and they answered all my questions and took their time with me.. I dealt with both Nichole and Crystal- - both of which were great.. Nice to find a place today that actually understands that customer service matters.. I felt like they appreciated my order and were really there to answer any questions i had.. So far- A+
