From the time I requested an online quote until the automobile was delivered, I received nothing but prompt and curtious service and communication. An open line of communication from both customer service department and the driver. All of my questions were answered in a very proffesional manner and everyone made me feel at ease with the transportation process. No problems with the dispatch, pick-up or delivery of the automobile. The delivery of the vehicle was in a very timely manner. I was very surprised, shipped from Flordia to Tennessee. Picked up in the AM and delivered in the PM the same day. I was also very pleased with the short amount of time from the placing of the order to the day of pick-up. Every thing went very smooth and Magic Carpet Auto Transport is at the top of my list when I need another vehicle transported.
