After a terrible experience with another auto transport firm, it was a pleasure to deal with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. Kathy was pleasant and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions about insurance, reliability, and the logistics of the transportation process. She checked in with me frequently to make sure the process was going according to plan. I was most pleased with the experience.
