It was advertised as "door to door service" but it was never explained we would be responsible for loading and unloading. We explained in the very beginning that we did not have a truck or a method for movement of the trailer....yet it was extremely hard to re-exlain why it was very important to get a "window" of time for pick up....WE DID NOT HAVE A METHOD OF MOVING THE TRAILER!!!!!!! a window would have been nice. We received a few emails about the updates of the pick up and delivery...implying that it was just an auto email not manned by anyone. No real use for the emails. Again...two weeks after it was delivered...we got this email letting us know that it was delivered and asking for feed back.

Seems very unorganized :(

We however...LOVED our driver. He was professional, courteous, updated us as to weather dealays and our trailer arrived in PERFECT condition. We hope that he in no way suffers from the the dis-organized service of Magic Carpet themselves.
