The customer service department was helpful whenever we talked As far as the delivery service, I was told my car would be picked on a Wednesday. Then I was told it would be picked up the next evening. However, it did not get picked up until Friday. Even though the car was picked up 2 days late, all my correspondence still indicated it would be delivered by the following Thursday. However,no surprise, it was 2 days late getting to it's final destination.

Hi Donna, I am so sorry that some delays happened in your transport, but as things go somethimes there is no control over it. However, I am so happy that your vehicle arrived safely and with absolutely no damage. I hope I will get the chance to work with you again in the future so I can have another chance to earn your 5 STAR review.
