I dealt with Magic Carpet Auto Transport because they had the best ratings and were located near my home town so I could visit the office if need be. The lady in the office was prompt in getting back to be with all the details of my transporting my auto from Portland Oregon to Palm Desert California. The office checked with me almost every day until a auto carrier was found for my auto. They let me know exactly when they were going to pick up the car and their driver was on time and seemed to know exactly how to load my auto on the the truck. The auto carrier was clean and seemed very reliable. I felt confident that my auto would not be damaged and would arrive safety. When shopping for the price I felt that they were very competitive. When I first compared prices with other transport companies and tried to contact them I didn't get return calls unlike magic carpet auto transport who called back right away. The office was very cordial and really seem to understand the complete process. If I was to transport another car to California I would use this company and their transport drivers and not even look at other companies. My auto arrived in very good condition and not even very dirty because I chose an open transporter. So, if you need to transport your auto you would do well by magic carpet auto transport.
