I was very nervous about having to transport my new car across the country, from Connecticut to Montana, but Kathy and the rest of the staff at Magic Carpet Auto Transport really did everything they could to help put me at ease and make the process as smooth as possible. I had contacted some other transport companies but did not feel comfortable with them at all. I felt that they were trying to rush me into a decision and trying to take my money before I had a chance to think about anything. My experience was completely the opposite with Magic Carpet Auto Transport. I could tell that everyone knew their stuff, and were very concerned with customer service. I felt that they really cared about me and my needs as a customer. Kathy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as very understanding and accommodating. She helped me find a great driver (Rich, based in Vermont) who was just a really nice guy. I felt comfortable through the entire process from start to finish, and completely trusted Kathy as well as the driver she found for me. With the rebate, I was quoted at $1020 for the transport, which was less than other less-reputable companies. My car arrived safe and sound in Montana, and was actually a day early than the date I was originally given for the drop-off! No problems with the car, it was just dirty on the outside from being in the open carrier but that is to be expected for that kind of trip across the country. Overall, it is easy to see why Magic Carpet is the number one auto transport company in the country, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move their vehicle. Thanks, Kathy!!!!!
