He was very willing to work with me and help me when I called him with questions about the process. He was very professional, polite, easy to work with and readily available for all my questions and concerns. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. Whenever I called him with questions, he took the time to give me the information I needed and when he wasn't available, he promptly returned my calls - and he didn't make me feel like I was bothering him.
