The entire vehicle transport process was above expectations. Kathy was pleasant, helpful and knowledgesable. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process with no surprises except earlier than expected delivery, which is a pleasant surprise. I felt the price was fair for the service and a bargain once the transaction was complete. I would have no reservations about using Magic Carpet again or recommending it to others.
