I had my Toyota Corolla transferred from California to Iowa with Magic Carpets and I found their service extremely satisfying. They keep me posted throughout the whole process by sending e-mails about the status of my order and transportation. And they were very accessible either by phone or e-mail whenever I need to clarify something. I was very lucky to have Nicole help me since she was very helpful and kind over the phone. She explained me all the details in advance, which I appreciate greatly. They did not make me pay anything before the exact pick-up date.
The carrier picked up the car on the exact date and he delivered my car a day in advance. He had a cell phone, which helped us to coordinate the time and day of pick-up and delivery. Everything was executed as they explained to me over the phone. The only mis-understanding was the fact that the driver preferred to be paid in cash instead of a personal money order. Since, I did not know he had a preference between these two, I had to re-deposit the money order into my account and get cash instead. Other than this minor mis-understanding, everything run smoothly.
I was a bit worried initially since I want the transport to be done during the Thanksgiving break, but there were no problems at all. If needed, I will definitely use their service again. It is hassle-free and reliable.
