I went through another shipping company and got screwed. They srung me along for three weeks and ultimatly after talking with their dispatch manager, was told they had no idea when my truck would be picked up. Dropped them, got my deposit back and these guys picked up where I left off and took care of business. Quick response, open late, and good communication. I aint saying anything negitive about anyone but it helps when you can understand the person on the other end of the line when dealing with muliti-thousand dollar vehicals and scheduling timing.
